Efficiently manage and control Radiology. User-friendly, scalable and affordable are key words to describe Rogan’s Zillion suite.
Rogan Zillion suite offers you numerous configurations and options to support the radiological workflow inside and outside the radiology department. Fully scalable to your needs it provides you the means to increase efficiency and productivity thereby reducing expenses and helping you to stay competitive in the market.
RIS
Welcome to the electronic era, Zillion RIS, fully web based, enables the paperless radiological workflow.
The newly designed Zillion RIS is based upon 30 years of workflow experience in Radiology. Utilizing Zillion RIS offers you an improved workflow and productivity by offering complete management of patient schedules and resources and information is getting to the caregivers faster.
Zillion RIS connectivity options complete the fully integrated imaging workflow. The integration of RIS and PACS will increase the efficiency of the reporting workflow of the radiologist dramatically. The personal work lists, relevant study information, availability of reports and automated relevant study selection offers huge benefits in the report turnaround time, especially when integrated with a speech recognition system.
Minimize errors maximize information. With Zillion RIS workflow in place you are ensured that the appropriate data is in place wherever it’s needed. The RIS reminds you that information is missing and points out what to do. CTG, CPT and other coding systems are integrated into the system reducing the risk of using inappropriate codes. Radiologists can review images before the study is completed allowing immediate intervention if needed.
Benefits:
• Efficient Operation of the Radiology Department
• Progress towards an Electronic Health Record
• Support for Clinical Governance
• Medical Exposure Compliance
• Provision of Management Information
• Improvement in Data accessibility
• Improvement in General Service Standards
and many more…
PACS
From film based to an electronic world. With more than 20 years of experience Rogan is one of the pioneers of the PACS industry. Conformity to industry standards and to IHE’s integration profiles and especially the users are focal points in the development of our products.
Rogan Zillion PACS offers a fully scalable, reliable and high end PACS system applicable for all imaging and reading environments.
Increase your productivity and customer service by decreasing the report turnaround time and discussing cases with referring physician while looking at the same study at a different location.
Automatically pull up relevant priors and related report you are in full control over the work flow.
Efficiency can be further increased by integrating Zillion PACS with a RIS (preferably Zillion RIS) and / or a speech recognition system which will streamline your workflow even more.
Zillion offers you the same look and feel from every access point. It also offers the you your personal profile whether you are reading from your desk at work or reading STAT cases at home or other remote locations. Web based access is provided from every location. You are able to deploy Zillion PACS throughout the institution by using the institutions own network and PC’s.
Complete your access to relevant patient information by viewing studies from CD provided by the patient directly in your viewing station and even adds them to your own archive if wanted.
Teleradiology
Web access is the key to access and availability of information anytime and anywhere. Rogan Zillion PACS provides you the means for effective teleradiology. Independent of location and simultaneous access of users, Zillion PACS offers you a safe, secure and reliable workflow over the internet. The intelligent workflow designs prevent radiologists reporting the same study at the same time while all studies remain available for peer review. Several safety measures have been taken to prevent unauthorized access of data and all access to data is logged.
Cross Enterprise Document sharing (XDS)
Enhance the level of patient care with timely, reliable and relevant healthcare information.
Rogan-Delft has extended its range of supported IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) profiles with XDS.a, XDS.b and XDS-I. This allows you to use the Rogan Zillion PACS not only within your own institution but also in conjunction with other XDS-compliant systems. For instance institutions in a region using XDS can maximize access to relevant patient information.
Viewing images anytime, anywhere but in a secure way
Images are also needed outside the institution where they were acquired. Users of the Rogan Zillion products will be able to publish information and images on the internet to restricted users e.g. General Practitioner. Meanwhile workstation users are allowed to view images that are available on other archives. Distribution of patient information over the internet is done in a secure way.
Enhancing the level of patient care
The integration in the workstation allows you to instantly find prior images of a patient on archives in the area that collaborate in an XDS domain. Because the information in the central XDS registry is joined with the information from the local Zillion PACS, you are looking at a virtual archive that crosses the borders of the institutions.
In this manner the level of patient care can be enhanced. Images are instantly transferred securely over the internet instead of being burned on CD. This CD is subsequently deliverd to the requesting institution that has to import the data if possible..
The technology
As a PACS vendor, Rogan has implemented the XDS-I protocol in both its Online XS archive and its View Pro-X workstation. The XDS (Cross Enterprise Document Sharing) profile uses web services to distribute patient information securely over the internet.
To complete its XDS suite of applications, Rogan has developed an XDS Registry and an XDS Repository. The Repository can be used in a region, but also for a small scale XDS domain within an institution. The Repository is tightly integrated with Rogan Zillions OnlineXS archive. All documents are archived together with the DICOM data in a single process. Whenever patient information changes in the PACS, the Repository is automatically updated. But the Repository can also be used by other XDS Document Sources, enabling an institution to archive DICOM and non-DICOM documents in a single system.
This all fits in the vision of creating an EHR (Electronic Health Record) and maximizing the possibilities of accessing available medical data.
Rogan will follow the developments of the IHE profiles closely, as new content profiles, security profiles and patient identification profiles are added. Meanwhile, at the last Connectathon in Oxford, Rogan proved that its existing XDS profile implementation and other IHE profiles are fully compliant with the standard.
